disappointing in every way!

I was really anxious to get this latest book but was totally disappointed! 1. recipes ingred. are not common ingrede....have to buy way too many things to make recipes. 2. Some recipes call for 15-25 ingreds. 3. Illistrations are few...I like to see what a completed recipe looks like. 4. the "one pan" hype is not so either. In summary.....this cookbook is not for the COMMON cook. It may be fine for the cook who cooks fancy OFTEN! Just not what it was advertised to be. Sorry! I'm hoping I can get my money back. $16.00! Really?????
