Rotary Cheese Grater – Manual Handheld Cheese Shredder with Stainless Steel Drum for Chocolate, Nuts & Vegetables

Grater was advertised as coming with 3 interchangeable blades. The only blade included was the one built into the grater. One of the reasons this item was selected over others was the fact that additional blades were supposed to be included. As for the grater itself, it seems to be constructed backward--the open side of the grater is on the left instead of right. The latter makes more sense if you are holding it in your left hand and using your right to do the grating. Most graters have a way to "switch sides" to accommodate left and right handers. There may be a way for this grater to do so but as of now it remains a mystery.
