Cut WAY too small

I ordered a 2XL. It was small. The waist was about the size of a 1XL MAYBE. Not that big of a deal for me personally. But the arms were so tiny I couldn't get my arm halfway in. They were the size, I no kid you, of a regular size medium sleeve. Fine if you're lucky enough to have slim arms. But if you're ordering a 2XL, chances are you'll need a little extra room in the sleeve as well! The dress was cute. It had so much potential. But companies don't seem to know how to adjust sleeve sizes when the dress size goes up. Classic case of "Asian size" clothing.
