Where's Sofie?

My daughter loves Little People and our house is over-run with them and their play-sets. She also loves the app and now refers to the main five characters by name. She got the City Skyway for Christmas and she wanted the other characters' cars. I found two for Valentine's day and Sofie's car is more like a rocket or something and will not drive down the Skyway!! And here online, I can't find the rocket Sofie or any Wheelie Sofie!! Where is she?!
