Installation steps:
1. Install the thermocouple tip on the plate and fix its position with two nuts
2. Keep the tip about 5mm from the burner hole.
3. Tighten the thermocouple nut M8 on the valve end(please check if your valve end thread is 8mm before purchase)
4. Connect the two flat terminals well with the current tilt switch terminals.
5. Turn on the gas and push the valve for 5-10 seconds until the thermocouple end heats up.
6. Release your hand, it works fine. If it fails, please check: a. Is your thermocouple heated on the flame; b. Is the thermocouple end well connected to the valve c. Is the terminal well connected to the tilt switch.
