The translucent greenish yellow gold color is gorgeous. the shine doesnt disappoint. but be careful where you install it. if it is a dark space that you are trying to brighten, test it first with tape. i thought i knew for sure where i was going to put it. a single wall in my kitchen that gets great morning light. i always use caution with wall covering because the final overall outcome may be different than what you expect. i put up the tiles over the entire space with tape and left it up for two days so i could see the wall and the symmetry of the tile with the whole kitchen. as beautiful as it is, it did not work in that space. i still love the tile and i know i will find the perfect spot for it i am relieved that i didn't commit to the installation on my kitchen wall. i took it down, removed all the tape and stored it carefully in it original packaging. It's good as new and when i find the perfect location and decide to commit by removing the backing, it will be spectacular. I hope this review helps other frugal home decorators that love to find the perfect spot for each space in your home. I am slowly and carefully creating my own personal "She Shedd". My daughter lovingly calls it her Shangri La!

These are beautiful! They look just like the picture online. The brushed nickel and silver leaves look like authentic tiles with the slightly raised design. I don't know how well they would work in a wet environment such as a kitchen, I would not recommend them for that. I am using them for the backsplash on a bookshelf I am refurbishing and they look amazing. They are easy to trim and hold in place well. Just be sure the area is clean, smooth and dry. They are expensive so I'm glad they work as well as they do and gave my project a classy look.
