Cheap, basic, functional

This is “wood” covered in contact paper. . You stick the little woods into the big stick if you can into pre cut holes, and hopefully you can find the holes as they're covered in paper, and hopefully have a slit indicating the hole. I assembled it, and am using it. Seems sturdy enough for my purses and scarves. But I'm not hanging coats or sweaters on it, too heavy.

Why is this shrink wrapped?

It feels like it has been shrink wrapped, so if you are hoping for stained or painted wood, this is not for you. The pegs don't stay in well (again, it is shrink wrap on shrink wrap and it just doesn't hold), but when it is all together it looks nice. It is very light, so if it isn't balanced well it will just tip over. It will work for my what I need it for, but it is a bit tippy.
