Better Homes %26 Gardens Windowpane Lamps

We actually bought two of the matching floor lamps at our local Walmart as we wanted 3-way switches. Because we liked the floor lamps so much, we ordered the table lamp (wasn't in stock at our local Walmart %26 it's not 3-way) to match. These lamps are sturdy. Still getting used to the rectangle lampshades, but they are attractive. Will say you have to put the floor lamps together. It's pretty straight forward how the pieces have to connect, and there are instructions included. If you have trouble getting the pieces together %26 have a rubber mallet, use it to tap the pieces together. Or use a towel to protect the lamp %26 a regular hammer. That happened with the first one we did, but the pieces surprisingly just slid right in on the 2nd one. Great lamps!

This is a decent lamp, looks great in our guest house! My only complaint is that one of your employees neglected to protect the lamp. with any type of bubble wrap or packing paper. Nothing was in the box except for the lamp! I am amazed that it didn't get damaged during the shipping process. I have never seen a company not protect an item when boxing it up!

Better Homes %26 Gardens usually has good quality. I was excited to see this lamp as the size dimensions style, etc. fit exactly what I was looking for. I was happy to have an almost immediate delivery but was very disappointed to see a defect and wondered if my shopper didn't seem to notice it or could have selected another one without the defect. Besides that defect, it is difficult to access the light switch. It is under the shade and there's barely room for your hand to go under the shade to access the light switch and my hands are little. What about a man's hands. A stupid design! Very disappointed in that feature as it will be challenging to use. That would be the reason I could not recommend it. Otherwise I would.
