AFE exhaust

Install the exhaust on my Nissan Xterra. Little louder than I was expecting from the videos I watched online however most of the videos were on a frontier so the exhaust was a bit further away from the driver's seat. Also added a cold air intake so it does have noticeable power increase in the higher rpms.
