I ordered a 7-piece outdoor patio furniture set, and unfortunately, my experience has been nothing short of frustrating. The delivery arrived incomplete – only 2 out of the 3 boxes made it to my home. After reaching out to customer service, I was told I'd receive an update from the manufacturer within 48 hours. Well, that 48-hour window came and went, with no follow-up or communication whatsoever. It's incredibly frustrating to deal with such poor service, especially when I've already paid for an entire set. The lack of urgency and accountability is disappointing. I expected much better from a company that clearly doesn't prioritize its customers. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you want a hassle-free shopping experience.

I was sent the wrong item and when I tried to return I was offered several "discounts" instead. Once I agreed, because I was tired of the runaround I tried to assemble it. None of the connecting pieces lined up. Over two weeks later and they are still trying to figure out if they should send me a new set or just replace the pieces. I am BEYOND aggravated!
