These stainless steel cutting boards are large and solid: excellent for cutting whole chickens or trimming big pieces of meat on one side; then flipping them over to chop onions, whole cabbages, etc on the other side. Caution: the boards are heavy, so the steel handle used when flipping is kind of sharp on the hands. Keep the protectors that come in the packaging. Your hands will be happy.
