Who knew?
This was a gift to us. It has been sitting on the shelf for 6 months. So we decided to try it tonight cooking Chilean Sea Bass and veggies. Easy to use on the grill. Follow the directions which really are easy (do not exceed 500 deg, do not put the block directly on a hot fire, don't wash it off under streaming water, etc.). The results were superb. Natural minerals are imparted into the food. You really don't need to season your food. And the taste was excellent. We are now trying to figure out what to cook next. Steak, shrimp, lamb? You won't be disappointed. We sure weren't. Steve
