Awful sizing

This shoe is both too big and too small. I have the most average size 7 feet (women's) and size 7 generally fits me across all shoe brands but when I received the size 7 pair, it was falling off my feet (confirmed it was a size 7). I returned it to exchange with a smaller size and at first there was an error shipping the item and I had to attempt to order them again. After 2-3 months of waiting for it to finally be delivered, the size 6 arrived and it was way too small (confirmed it was a size 6). Please save your money and time and skip on this pair of shoes.
