Learned my lesson. The HARD way.

This mattress is well made. That's where the positive aspects ended for me. I ordered a soft mattress. I received one of the firmest mattresses I've ever tried to sleep on. Returning it was difficult as well. Walmart had no problem processing my request and that's where this process went south. I had to mail or return it to the store. For obvious reasons, mailing it was not practical. Thank goodness we have a truck. But loading it and getting it to the store was stressful and the store seemed confused and frustrated that they were having to deal with a mattress. So was I. I have learned my lesson about ordering a mattress on line.
