CR-SDMMC Mini Card Reader

I've only had this card reader a couple of weeks but so far each time I've used it it works perfectly. My old card reader can't read the mini sd cards so I had to look for one that does and that also doesn't cost a fortune. When I saw this one priced as it is I checked the reviews and I liked what I saw; can't tell you how long it'll last but for the time I've had it, it works as it should and am happy with it.

The card reader worked without any effort. My tiny SDHC Micro-SD card needed the adapter it came with in order to fit into this card reader. The adapter is the size of an SD card that accepts a Micro-SD card into it. My computer couldn't read the SDHC card without this reader because my computer's reader isn't designed for High Capacity (4GB and above) SD cards. This card reader plugs into a USB 2.0 port. Chances are that your computer is not 10 years old, so it's unlikely that your computer is using USB 1.0. USB 3.0 slots will accept USB 2.0 devices like this reader. This allows me to transfer video and sound (ring tones) to and from my cell phone using the tiny SDHC memory card. That lets the phone work like a portable MP3 / video player without using minutes to access the Internet.
