I love these boots. They do have an odd "pinch" in the instep as other reviews have mentioned, but it doesn't really create a problem for my foot. I noticed any pinch was gone after wearing them for a few hours. I have a thin foot, if that's a thing. I wouldn't plan to walk or stand in these boots for long periods without added insoles. I plan to buy the brown shade of this boot as well. And, a couple packs of insoles. 😉 I'd recommended this stylish side zipper boot as a cute addition to the winter wardrobe. Note: these are not waterproof - just fyi
