Warranty information
STATEMENT OF WARRANTY LESSON Electric Corporation guarantees all of its products to be free from defects in workmanship and material when operated under normal conditions and in accordance with nameplate characteristic limits. This warranty shall be in effect for a period of 12 months from date of installation, but in no event be in effect for more than 24 months from date of manufacture, except EXPACT motors are warranted for a period of 24 months from date of installation but in on case be. in effect for a period of more than 30 months from date of manufacture and WATTSAVER Premium Efficiency three phase motors are warrantied for a period of 36 months from the date of installation but in on event be in effect for a period of more than42 months from the date of manufacture. LEESON adjustable speed drive products are warrantied for a period of 12 months. THIS WARRANTY SHALL BE IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. LEESON Electric Corporation will repair or replace, at its option, any product which has been found to be defective and is within the warranty period, provided that the the product is shipped, with previous factory authorization, freight prepaid, to the nearest LEESON District Office/Warehouse, LEESON's nearest factorу, or Authorized Service Center. LEESON is not responsible for removal, installation, or any other incidental expenses incurred in shipping the product to or from LEESON or Authorized Service Centers. LEESON Electric Corporation's liability under this warranty shall be solely limited to repair or replacement of the product within the warranty period, and LEESON shall not be liable under any circumstances, for consequential or incidental damages, including, but not limited to, personal injury or labor costs. in Under no circumstances will LEESON Electric Corporation be responsible for any expense connection with any repairs made by anyone other than the factory or an Authorized Service Center, unless such repairs have been specifically authorized writing.
