Ok cabinets

I order two of these cabinets as part of a garage do over. We were looking for a “craftsman” feel. One box arrived like it had been all the way around the world. Contents were ok and all the pieces were there. The second one had dinks in the doors and on the sides and the box was fine. Assembly was straightforward however one of the wheels doesn’t lock. Not a lot of money but still expected to receive a decent item for what we paid.
