Stoped working after 2 days

I had the computer for 2 days. First day everything was going great! Second day when I turned on the computer there was a flashing question mark folder. I couldn't get past that and I tried looking up how to fix it, NOTHING I tried would work! It said that the computer was cleaned and repaired by professionals and would be like new…this isn't like new this is like I've had it for years and it's finally kicked the bucket. Unbelievable!

Regrettably purchased had marks all over it. The charger was broken when we got it and it is hot to the touch. Wish i had spent a little more for quality. Imagine giving someone a damaged laptop for their birthday
