Leakproof Cotton Bikini

These leakproof underwear are so good! My period is very heavy for the first two days and so unless I get up to empty my cup in the middle of the night I will definitely overflow. But these underwear 100% helped with keeping the leak from reaching the bed. Those first couple days of my period are a little easier now!

I personally don't really like the idea of using period underwear by itself for my period- the idea of washing it on a heavy day feels gross. However, it is definitely a great backup for the disc, and it's nice to use on day 5 when there's not much coming out of me anyways. I also like to wear it in the days leading up to my period, just in case it starts early- I don't like wasting liners! With that said, I am overall happy with the leakproof cotton bikini. I'm a big fan of sustainable, cotton clothing, so I was happy to see there was a (mostly) cotton option for period underwear. It is comfortable, breathable, and stays in place. It is surprisingly absorbent! My one suggestion for future products is to switch to a lighter colored material for the absorbent padding- black makes it difficult to tell how much blood is there. I don't mind if it stains on the inside, no one will see it but me- plus, who really cares, it's natural! Customer support has been amazing as well!
