Fantasic for the price

I was looking or an inexpensive 1060 to use in a portable 1080p LAN gaming rig. I've never considered a PNY card just because I've usually stayed with EVGA or MSI. But the price on this guy (from Walmart) was too good to pass up. At the time it was nearly $35 less than Newegg. And with all the bitcoin mining going on, it was only $35ish more than a MUCH less powerful GTX 1050 ti (one of which I also own.) Anyhoo, dropped the card in my old I5-2400K lenovo box. It fit perfectly. Fired it up and it runs super cool and quiet. I only have a single low speed case fan and 240gb SSD in the box and it's so quiet I can't actually tell when it's running. I immediately ran some benchmarks and was able to push the core clock up by 200mhz and the memory by a bit over 400mhz. Still super quiet but I got a nice 10-15%ish boost on firestrike. Would buy this card again in a second!! Get one before they go UP in price because of the bitcoin mining craze!

Great Deal

After using this card for a month I can confirm that this is a great card with a great price.. or at least when I bought it around $190. The 3g of vram shouldn't scare you, it holds up pretty well in modern games that I play with it. Also, it is a pretty quiet card, and never throttles thermally. The only downside I would say is that there is no backplate, which is not expected around this price range so I'm alright with it.

Best card for the money!

I love this card. I mainly play PUBG. Before I had a gtx750Ti, which I overclocked it and got around 50-60 fps (all on very low settings) avg in PUBG. Using this gtx1060, I got around 80 - 100 fps avg (some on high setting and very low settings). When I bought it it was $229. I highly recommend it to anyone needing a good card that will give you good fps. Plus, it supports four monitors. Very quiet with no noise and low temp. I hope this helps.
