The item had a pretty late delivery, and when it did arrive around a week late, I received a necklace that what not what the picture or description presented me with, and when I asked for some help regarding any sort of return or refund, the customer service from the seller was not very helpful or responsive at all. The item I got is nothing like the picture, not even the correct color or length. I ended up keeping the wrong product because it was in fact beautiful. However, the lack of quality customer service, timeliness, and product advertising correctness is definitely something to pay mind to when deciding to purchase this item. I do not find this seller reliable anymore, unfortunately. I'm glad for the cute necklace! Just not what I ordered and overall negative experience with the seller. 💛💛
