These long sleeve sleep gowns from Wonder Nation are super cute. They come in a 2 pack and you can pick different colors/designs. My 6 year old is wearing a small or a size 6 and they are big on her but its pajamas so it doesn't really matter much. The length is good on her, the arms could be a little shorter though but can just role up the sleeves if needed. She usually wears an extra small but decided on the small so she can wear them longer.
