I did order up a size to account for the fuzzy lining and sock wearing (11/12) That's something you should consider too. I don't even have to use the ankle strap to hold them on. My feet are a little wide, but no problem! Well made in my opinion.

I did not think I could afford crocs. They are comfy. The stitching on the insole did bother me if I did not wear socks. Woth socks, I cannot feel it. With the strap up, they work well like slides. With the strap down, they are slightly more tight. the toe bed is super wide. Not much arch support, but there is something there.
