Works great in the oven, too
Everything about the set says "quality". The non-stick pan included is sturdy and very easy to clean. This is the biggest pizza cutter wheel I have ever seen. Blade alone is 4" across. The handle has rubberized grips on the sides and is easy to hold onto, even with wet hands. It works very well. Cleans easily and the rubber on the handle has remained pliable. This is my new pizza cutter! The pizza shovel, with the handle fully extended is 20". There is a thumbscrew on the handle that allows you to 'fold' the handle in half, reducing it to 14". It has the same plastic handle with rubberized grips on the side and remained cool with use. Great little set to have on hand.

Great peel and tool!
I received this early this summer. I have tested it quite hard as I use the outdoor grill all summer.. the rack and peel have stood up to my demands. I cook very hot so as to resemble a brick oven. It has eaten other tools!
