Worst experience ever.

I never received this product although I received an email saying that it was. I can't rate the product since I never got it. My issue is not with the product it is with the shipping of it and the customer service representative, who "was helping me". They were extremely unhelpful and while I will get a refund, I would have liked someone to not tell me, "it was still being processed", and "to go around to my 300 neighbors and ask them if they got my package by mistake".
