Excellent product dissatisfied wth Walmart service

This item works great in our spa. First time using it. It was not delivered on the day it was supposed to be delivered. Saw updates online then they were gone. Called a few times and was told it was on its way. I finally got a supervisor involved and was told it would be there in a couple of days. She gave me a $10.00 coupon to use at a later date I just tried to use it and it states the items I ordered could not be used with the coupon. I ordered filter wash for the spa and filters for my refrigerator. It does not state what it is good for.
