Expandable above ground pool liners are of the same vinyl as regular pool liners. The only difference is there is extra material in an expandable liner which gives you the ability to install it in a pool with a deeper end, ends or center. When installed properly, these expandable liners will form to any deepened bottom up a gradual two feet down in the pool size you have.
