I am constantly baking. I have a binder for my regular recipes, but I wanted to have a mini binder to take for our beach home. I didn't want a full-blown book, so I chose to have something that will look pretty on a shelf and I can control how many recipes I take because I do not want to be cooking during vacations. My plan was to copy my easy recipes so that I have some things I can make away from home and be able to keep it on a shelf for anyone to use. . The binder is attractive and I like that the index cards are in a plastic sleeve so they will not get dirty while cooking. It is a little bit on the pricey side, but I can take out some of the sleeves and just keep a handful of recipes in there and add in the future.
