This mattress is amazing. Much better than a full memory foam. I have back problems and when I laid down I felt like I was floating. So nice. It's not super firm but you don't sink super low. Some sinkage but that's great. Super comfortable but also helps my back.

Just an fyi we have never bought a mattress like this. We did not know you have to let it sit once you open the package for 48 hrs. Luckily we had another room to let it sit in. It is smaller than our other California King was which is disappointing. Despite that it is a good mattress for the price.
