I've been using this product for years. It's the only product of its kind that I'm aware of. Do you want something that gushes out of the ground as crude oil in your nose? That's what you get when you use products containing petroleum jelly. I use a C-PAP every night and depend on AYR to keep the inside of my nose moist. It does the job/
