This is a replacemenr for our 10 years old, broken hood. This is a very nice hood. The touch screen is really cool and responsive. The voice control is suprisingly acurate. the opening vent is large enough to over the entire range. i just learned to have the hood off and keep the light on which is great. the entire product is very well made and nicely packaged with everthing you need. finally the customer service is amazing. I found an issue after installing it, and they responded quickly. they know extractly how the product works and they helped me with my issue right away. i would buy from them again in a heart beat. Thanks again
