Take with Folic Acid to be effective.
My research tells me that you need to take these with folic acid in order for the B12 to be absorbed into the body. So I buy and take both. I cannot tell you if they are working because I don't know or think I am supposed to feel anything, but I do know I am getting my daily requirement of this vitamin. The label says these are essential for Carbohydrate, Protein and Amino Acid Metabolism+
