Turns on instantly, blows hard, runs quiet.

The Motor replaced a now noisy 20y.o GE Electric motor. New motor blows hard and comes on quicker. No squeaks rattles or squeals. Nice that it has a reverse direction option and comes with a 15mfd capacitor. Would buy again.
