Buy better not this one.

Very cheaply made. Not built to last. The adjustable part slides loose very easily for cat to take off by himself. Two wet in package. First one the reflective strip came off in two days. Was no where to be found within a week. Put second one on and it was gone in just a couple days as well. Definitely do not recommend
