I like this machine. It's véry quiet when its on. It has a night light as soon as you plug it to the electrical outlet. The cóntrols are on top óf the machine. It's a small machine but good for a small room. This is what I wanted and I got it. I would definitely recommend this machine to anyone. If you don't want big one buy this one. It's a very nice machine that's small and does the job very nicely.

Nice compact quiet dehumidifier!
Bought this for my bedroom as living near the beach there is constant humidity in our house. This unit is very quiet and works really well. I installed it in the closet (with louvered doors) and it helps keep the bedroom at a lower humidity level around 50-60% instead of a typical 75% in the rest of the house. I have no way to use the special drain plug and hose, so I end up having to empty it once a day which shows it works well. I would definitely recommend buying one if you want to reduce the humidity in a smaller room.
