Junket Ice Cream Mix

The junket ice cream mix is really good! I have tried chocolate vanilla and strawberry. They all taste very good. I like to fold in fresh strawberries to the strawberry junket ice cream right after it is complete! I add the heat nuggets to the chocolate ice cream upon completion and as for the vanilla, it is like a blank slate. You can add anything to the vanilla and make a custom shake or Sunday and it is absolutely marvelous!
