Package arrived damaged but overall the product does a great job

I bought this by mistake instead of the regular platinum pods and the scent they leave on everything (even glass!) is nauseating. Our baby also started refusing bottles and I'm certain this is why. We're hand washing his bottles now with dapple dish soap and he's back to drinking from them again, but this led to a really rough week at daycare before we figured it out. He would literally go the entire day without eating due to the smell/taste. I was worried the smell wouldn't come out of the silicone and plastics even after washing with unscented products. It's definitely improved after hand washing with dapple, but I wouldn't say the smell /taste is completely gone. I may need to buy new nipples for the bottles for the poor guy, and we've switched to glass bottles to help. I would not buy this product again, and honestly won't trust another scented cleanser for the baby's dishes regardless. Even for my husband and I, I can smell the scent on things like a brand new yeti lid after dishwashing (and rinsing by hand after). The problem is not the status of the dish/plastic (it's brand new), it's the dishwasher pods.
