Avalon 2-Handle Kitchen Faucet with Side Spray in Polished Chrome

We bought our home in July and the previous homeowners had installed this Pfister faucet in the kitchen. We love it! We use it all the time. Eventually a valve that diverts water to the sprayer got overwhelmed with hard deposits (we have since bought a whole house water conditioner). Called Pfister to buy a replacement and they sent the valve at no cost to us even though we weren't the original homeowner. Easy to service this faucet.

We purchased our first phister kitchen faucet about 10 years ago. 5 years ago we had issues with the ceramic valves failing. I called the customer service and they replaced them at no cost to me. Just recently the valves starting leaking again along with the base of the spout. Another call to customer service resulted in replacing the valves with newly designed models, and a new spout, bushing, and O rings for a complete rebuild. All this (again) at no cost to me. Kudos to the customer service department and how Phister stands behind the products they sell. Their will only be Phister faucets in my future purchases.
