Good Product If You Can Get One Without Defects
Pfister customer service has been trying their best to make me a satisfied customer, but the warehouse keeps shipping me defective products. We bought two of these rings for a bathroom remodel from Ferguson Enterprises. One was fine, the other had a broken nylon bushing which isolates the large ring from the wall bracket. I called about it and Pfister has sent me two rings so far that had the exact same defect. I am now waiting on a forth.
