Improperly packed
This marketplace vendor didn't take the time to pack this properly so it was damaged en route. It was packed in a plastic bag with no packing materials to protect it from damage. It also appeared online to be coming from a store in the US. Instead, it came on a slow boat from China. I was literally notified when it cleared customs. Therefore, it took longer than promised. I returned the damaged product and got it from another vendor in two days.
