I use about 2 inches of decaf coffee then I add my mushroom coffee to it and make my drink as normal and I have energy to work for 12 hours even without a break so this stuff has been great for me! As far as Taste, I really don't think it taste bad at all. I think there's very little taste to it, especially if you mix it with your coffee you can't taste it at all, but I don't think the taste of it as bad even if you don't add it to the coffee.!

I have about 3 cups a day taste good but now that I had the organic I think the organic tastes better however I will continue to order this one because it is more potent in grams compared to the organic.
