Great exhaust
I just put this on my 05 Silverado 5.3 extended cab and it looks and sounds great. Super easy install with no screwing around to get it to line up and fit right. Has a great idle sound and gets decently loud under load. I was also impressed with the quality of hardware it came with, the two clamps seem very durable. Would defiantly reccomend this exhaust.

Great Exhaust! 2002 Silverado 5.3
I bought this exhaust because it was stainless steel, and 300 dollars. Other brand names were much more money for just the regular aluminized systems. This exhaust has a nice deep tone to it and sounds great. It can be really loud when you want it to. I looked at all kinds of videos online for sound comparisons but honestly the only way to know for sure is to hear it in person. If your looking to get the most for your money this muffler is it. JEGS also got this to me in two days so that was nice as well. I put this on an 02 Silverado and it sounds great. If your on the bubble with this I'd say go for it. You will not be sorry!

Very Nice System
Installed on '06 GMC crew cab. Yes it will fit on crew/short bed same as ext/std bed. Both are 143.5 wheelbase, which is the key. Directions don't spell out both config. This has a nice sound, aggressive but not too loud as others have said. That of course is subjective. Install was easy after getting the old rusty one off. This is 409 stainless for $318, very good deal compared to others. I did have a problem with the tip clamp so I just used a different one. It was too hard to get that band clamp tight exactly where I wanted it. If you like the tip sticking out more, you might not have any trouble. Only other thing is the intermediate pipe bends a little close to the drive shaft. It's fine but there's a ton of room there, they could have made it route farther away.
