Great item, unreliable seller

Buying a second one of these since my first one started peeling apart after 2 years of daily use. Item advertised as 38to40mm size but the seller sent a 42to44mm one (ie too large). Seller is unresponsive when I messaged them, guess I'll have to use Walmart's return process.
