I never write reviews but am about to order my 10th (or more) bottle of this stuff and figured it was time to share my success with other shoppers. My gastro said I’m “just a slow mover” after I tried to diagnose myself with IBS-C. He recommended magnesium citrate but I couldn’t stand the stuff. This is the only thing that has worked for me in the past 2 years. I have tried EVERYTHING. I have a fear that one day they may change the formula or they will discontinue the product but I really hope they don’t because I rely on it!

Highly recommend this product for a quick internal cleanse. Be aware you will visit the “john” often during the process. That is the idea. But it’s easy to swallow and process. Don’t take if pregnant or having severe abdominal issues. Always consult your physician

Everyone could tell I had lost weight in that time and it felt great! I took two pills in the morning, lunch had a Atkins shake and dinners were veggies or a salad. By the end of the first week I was starving my lowering my food intake but it was all worth it!!!! Most of the effects of the cleanse hit me in early to late evening when I was home so that was a blessing. I will suggest drinking lots and lots of water with it. Enjoy!
