Contacting seller is almost impossible. Box error came up device forbidden on 12/2. As of 12/28 box is still not working and you have to give cc number to receive a phone call from actual seller who is in Hong Kong. I still do not have a working box. I want to return it for full refund at this point. No additional information given to get returns and refund. Only had box for 93 days.
