Don't get it. Not worth it.

Not at all how it looks in the picture. It is not poufy, in the picture it seems to have a sort of crinoline underneath to make it flouncy. Upon arrival it just droops. I honestly wanted to return it. but my 5 yr old granddaughter loved the color so she wanted to keep it. Not to mention that the shoes I ordered for the dress never arrived and can't even get a refund since I can't send them back due to them being lost somewhere.
