Great aid for Kegel exercises

I bought this product about two weeks ago. It was recommended by my physical therapists as an aid to perform kegel exercises. Delivery was discreet and fast. I have been using them for a week and I can feel a difference in the strength of my kegel contractions. Not to mention it is fun to wear them when you are out and about running errands. Size is perfect. I prefer the blue ones.

Good for Pelvic Floor Therapy Too!

I had a hysterectomy and prolapsed uterus/bladder repaired two months ago and bought my Luna beads as a form of physical therapy for my pelvic floor, and I am very happy with the result. Keigel sets are tedious and difficult for me to remember to do, but my Luna beads allow me to train the same muscles more consistently and may I say are more fun ;) .... And yes, my husband, who doesn't even know I own them, has noticed a difference.
