Disappointing

In the photo, the collar is the same blue as the top; however, it is a darker blue that makes the whole top look like someone is just using up scraps. Also, in the photo the fabric looks more crisp and sturdy, but the knit is actually stretchy and cIingy. I didn't even try it on.
