The MAX31865 is an easy-to-use thermistor to digital output converter optimised for use with resistance temperature detectors (RTDs). An external resistor sets the RTD sensitivity, and a high-precision Δ-Σ ADC converts the ratio of the RTD resistance to the reference resistance to a digital output.The MAX31865 inputs have overvoltage protection up to ±45 V, providing configurable RTD and cable open and short condition detection.
